leave when the have bought their own houses nearer their work places. “How we do anything is how we do everything”, this means the same system we use operating our property rentals is the we use in other services.

We make sure that our accommodation are affordable, safe with alarm system in place, take care of our gardens, listen to tenants when they report faulty things and fix as soon as possible. We always work to exceed our customer’s expectations.
Business Marketing
We market our business using social
media, mostly WhatsApp business,
Facebook page and Instagram. We
recently opened a website. Word of
mouth also helps us and notice boards.
OUR MARKET GROWTH STRATEGY
Currently, the owner is doing everything in the company, like advertising on social media, creating flyer, annual returns, income and expenses financial statements and managing property rental of the company. The aim is to increase revenue and employ people especially young graduates where applicable.
The owner planned to go in coaching programs that could help her sustain the business. Also doing online courses (social media management and digital marketing )that will grow the business. Planning to do MBA but starting with Post Graduate diploma in business administration next year February 2025. In need of bursary as company don’t have funds.
When all is done, we will be able to employ people and create employment. These employees will be qualified and show their expertise.
FEATURE PROJECT STARTUP
We just started with company registration, SARS submission services and social media
management for our new customers who register their companies with us for 3 months free of charge. This will help us practice our social media management service and become experts.
In 2018,MIP built one of it’s own property. So far, we do maintenance in MIP properties only. We want to expand and build for individuals or companies. We also helping the unemployed youth and other older people who run their business informally by registering their companies, running their social media and guiding them through.
As we just started with company registration, we will go extra mile by helping our new clients with
their social media marketing, in that way, we will be able to spend time with them and get to the point where we will be able to coach them to run successful companies. Property cleaning
and management are also our growth strategy. To expand accommodation to appoint where we host Airbnb, develop homes and build students accommodation, hence adding the construction services to be able to build for ourselves.
